Headache care that doesn't stop at the diagnosis
Most pathways give you a name and send you home. Erin gives you a working diagnosis, a plan, and a system that keeps learning with you.
From your words to a working plan
Four steps, no forms that flatten your experience.
Begin with a conversation
A guided conversation asks about your headaches in your own words. It adapts as you answer, and you can pause and return whenever you need.
Curated and personalised
Your intake is assessed and structured into a working diagnosis, not a black box, and not a generic leaflet.
Two summaries
You receive a plain-language summary. Your GP or neurologist receives a structured SOAP note over a secure record where licensed.
A plan that continues
Your diary tracks against sleep, weather and wearables; education is flagged to what you haven't yet tried; and bespoke advice, based on your clinical picture, suggests what treatments will work for you.
One summary for you. One for your clinician.
Erin never makes you the messenger. You get clarity; your clinician gets a structured SOAP note that links to your electronic health record.
